i have missplaced/deleted the written paragraph of this method but ill give you the idea of it, Most people tend to cook baked potatoes in foil on coales but from heritighue and now experience i have a better way of cooking spuds in jackets and its by simply coating the spud in mud/clay!! alot of people wont even give this ago but it cooks the spud just as well and your not wasting foil or insome cases leaving it around so this way is inviromently friendly aswell it takes jus as long to cook but you can hit it with a stick and if it cracks open its ready if it just crumbles it needs to be done for longer...Daniel
